	Woodland Hills Court holiday cottages are brick built. Two have 2 double/twin bedrooms, all cottages are wheelchair- friendly. Various aids for the disabled are available on request. Two cottages has one bedroom one with a 4-poster bed and a bathroom with a roll - top bath. All five cottages have an open-plan, well equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge with colour tv and dvd player. The two two-bedroom and chestnut cottage, have a modern, good-size wet room.
	A starter pack will be placed in your cottage. Flowers and/ or chocolates arranged on request. All linen and towels are provided. A child’s cot and highchair are available on request. All our guests have full use of drying and laundry room.Electricity also included, each cottage having its own meter.
	There is ample off road parking. As the cottages are facing our local wood, each Cottage is named after a native tree; we have  Ash, Horse Chestnut, Sycamore and Elm. They also have their own small garden and patio area, with wooden furniture.

South Derbyshire offers lots of entertainment for all ages, Donington  Park motor racing, Alton Towers, Calke Abbey, Kedleston Hall, Twycross Zoo, and lots more in the National Forest, including horse riding and walking.
